Sounds better than art to me, especially the sea urchin risotto... OMG! Description, please?
OK. Perfect uni was obviously used so you know about that taste only since it was perfect you can multiply by 1000. The nori brought some toasty saltiness into the dish. The risotto was absolutely on the money. And it was all kind of creamy, but not heavy. But it was the rhubarb citrus dish that brought it all home. One of the most perfectly balanced dishes I've ever had in my life. Truly perfect.

When I lived in Lancaster there was a place in Millersville, Funk's, that made the best strawberry/rhubarb pie in the history of strawberry/rhubarb pie.
I am dying over here from envy!
Yeah, peeds. It's almost a week later, and I am still having cravings for that dessert. Whew.
